Shipping Policy – Signature Spacess

At Signature Spacess, we take pride in delivering beautifully curated home and lifestyle products to your doorstep with care and efficiency. To ensure timely and safe deliveries across India, we partner with Shiprocket and its trusted courier network.


1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India using Shiprocket’s logistics partners like Delhivery, Xpressbees, Blue Dart, DTDC, Ekart, and others.


2. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: ₹49 per order

  • Free Shipping: On orders above ₹999

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹50 additional charge (available on select orders)

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on your delivery location and the weight/size of your items.


3. Order Processing & Delivery Time

  • Order Processing Time: 1–2 business days

  • Estimated Delivery Time:

    • Metro Cities: 3–5 working days

    • Other Cities/Towns: 5–7 working days

    • Remote Locations: 7–10 working days

We will notify you by SMS/email once your order is shipped and share a tracking link for real-time updates.


4. Delivery Partners & Tracking

Your order will be delivered by one of Shiprocket’s courier partners. You can track your order at any time using the link provided via SMS/email or by visiting the Track Order section on our website.


5. Delivery Issues

In case of delayed, damaged, or missing shipments, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID and photographs (if applicable) at support@signaturespacess.com.


6. Failed Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partners will make up to 3 attempts to deliver your package. If undelivered, it will be returned to us. To avoid delays, please ensure you provide the correct shipping address and are available to receive the delivery.


7. Non-Serviceable Areas

We strive to cover maximum locations, but in rare cases where your pin code is unserviceable, we will contact you for an alternative or process a full refund.


8. International Shipping

Currently, we do not ship internationally. We are working on expanding our service regions – stay tuned!
