Cancellation Policy for signature spaces

At signature spaces, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience. However, we understand that there might be times when you need to cancel an order. Please review our cancellation policy below:  

## *1. Order Cancellation Before Shipment*  
- You can cancel your order free of charge before it has been shipped.  
- To cancel your order, please contact our Customer Support Team via email at support@signaturespacess.com or call us at [7068999458].  
- Once your cancellation is confirmed, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.  

## *2. Order Cancellation After Shipment*  
- If your order has already been shipped, cancellation will not be possible. However, you may opt for a return or exchange as per our *Return and Refund Policy*.  

## *3. Made-to-Order or Customized Items*  
- Orders for made-to-order or customized furniture items can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.  
- After 24 hours, these items enter production and cannot be canceled or refunded.  

## *4. Non-Cancellable Items*  
- Certain items, such as clearance or sale products, may not be eligible for cancellation. This will be specified on the product page.  

## *5. Refunds for Canceled Orders*  
- If you paid using a credit/debit card, UPI, or any other online payment method, the refund will be processed back to the same account within 5-7 business days after the cancellation is confirmed.  
- For cash-on-delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be initiated via bank transfer upon providing the required bank details.  

## *6. How to Request a Cancellation*  
To request a cancellation:  
1. Visit the *My Orders* section in your account.  
2. Select the order you wish to cancel and click on *Cancel Order*.

- Please ensure you provide accurate order details when requesting a cancellation.
